Moniques framework of basics we all need to follow. These are the border posts to keep us within the lines and get to optimum health. There is a lot of information out there clouding, distracting and confusing us about what’s good and what’s not. This recipe gives you clear guidelines, words to live by that will become second nature and you don’t need to second guess them.

Female Winning Recipe

  1. Try have no more than 2 pieces of bread per day as your carbohydrate choice.
  2. 3 tsp of additional fat per day (dressing, butter, avo, mayo).
  3. Eat at the allocated time – no storing and saving for later.
  4. Only exception to the DNA is you can opt to drop your carb at dinner in place of dessert or not have at all.
  5. A glass of wine (or any other count of alcohol) replaces your carb at meal time.
  6. Being hungry is ok, the stomach will adapt.
  7. Nothing is out of bounds, have what you like at the right time and in the right amount for you.
  8. Always remember fresh is best.
  9. Health and weight are controlled by what we eat. It’s the one thing you can control.
  10. You are what you eat, not how much or how little exercise you do.
  11. Exercise to feel good, release stress, maintain a healthy mind and keep your body in good working order while you age, but the food takes care of the rest.
